Katherine Davies
Hello! I’m Katherine Davies, your host and podcast creator. Journalist, researcher, writer, I've worked in parliaments in the UK and Australia, and in the humanitarian sector where I founded an international research charity. Originally from Brisbane, I first came to the UK to read international relations at the LSE, and I'm still here.
Today, I like to follow world affairs, write fiction, practice mindfulness, engage with people who care about the world, and relax in nature. They are strangely, all related.
I care about our shared future, and think deeply about these questions. Understanding our fundamental needs and the conditions in which they are likely to be met. I would bet you do too, given you are listening to a podcast called Save Democracy!
